Invitation & Call For Papers

ANSYS Conference & 30th CADFEM Users’ Meeting 2012
October 24th - 26th, 2012, Kongress Palais Kassel, Germany

The Art of Engineering

Kassel, city of the world´s leading exhibition of contemporary art – “documenta”– is also the venue for engineering art lovers this year: At the upcoming ANSYS Conference & 30th CADFEM Users' Meeting taking place in the Kassel Kongress Palais from October 24th to 26th , 2012 they will be able to attend the probably largest collection of state-of-the-art technical simulations currently available.

Simulations have become an essential tool of modern engineering. More than 200 user presentations will reflect the diversity of the tasks design engineers have to carry out in industry, research and university. They will represent the many different faces of fluid and structural mechanics, electro magnetics and multiphysics including detailed models of complete systems.

Furthermore, participants can look forward to technology updates, getting their first impressions of future program versions, modules and trends in simulation. During a broad range of compact seminars, attendees will learn about new simulation techniques. Last but not least, in the large accompanying specialist exhibition they will discover exhibits and installations of complementary simulation products for professional use.

The conference program on simulation-driven product development is extensive, the tools behind are few and concise: namely the ANSYS program family with its core element ANSYS Workbench and some selected complementary solutions, rounded off by the comprehensive services of the ANSYS partners, CADFEM and ANSYS Germany.
